1. Provide Instructions
Fill out our online form to provide information we need to prepare the Contract.
2. Property Listed
Agent lists the property for sale and finds the buyer.
3. Exchange
Contract is signed but only the Purchaser has a cooling off period, (unless no cooling off has been negotiated).
4. Settlement
Funds are handed over, loan (if any), is paid out and Purchaser takes possession of the property.
